Potential buyers of Michael Jackson's former $75 million Neverland Ranch have pitched to turn it into a therapy camp for molested children.
A local businessman has apparently offered somewhere around $40 million to turn the place in a sex-assault rehab.
According to a source, the potential buyer reportedly aims to provide treatment for children who need it the most:
"His goal is for the place to be used to help children in a serene setting recover from the trauma of sex abuse… The plan is to have children come there for treatment, and they will also hire trained therapists who would help the victims through the use of equine-assisted therapy, which works to improve the kids' self-esteem, and it helps them to become more outgoing."
The late King of Pop was accused multiple times of bringing children to the ranch in order to allegedly molest them.
Since there are other offers being made, we'll see what happens to this notorious estate.
