These new photos don't look good for Bruce Jenner.
The Olympian, who was involved in a February 7 car crash which caused the tragic death of 69-year-old Kim Howe, may be at fault for the tragic accident.

After analyzing new paparazzi photos just MOMENTS before the crash, it looks like the reality star was in fact driving too close behind Kim's Lexus, which ultimately caused the collision and her car to veer in the path of an oncoming Hummer.
Here's a breakdown of the alleged theory:
Bruce was cruising down the Pacific Coast Highway (within the speed limit) while the cars in front of him, including the Lexus and a Prius also involved in the crash, were stopped at a red light. Just moments before the collision, the red light turned GREEN, and the cars in front of Bruce slowly resumed moving with the flow of traffic.
Cops believe the 65-year-old wasn't paying attention and didn't notice the cars in front were at slower speeds. As a result, Bruce swerved and crashed into the right side of Kim's Lexus, propelling the vehicle left.
Adding more credence to the theory is the Prius — law enforcement says the momentum of Bruce's car caused damage to a Prius in front of the Lexus. Evidence suggests the imprint of the reality star's SUV emblem is on the back of the Prius.
Oy. If the evidence turns out to corroborate the cops theory, Jenner could be charged with vehicular manslaughter. The maximum punishment for said crime in California is SIX years in prison.
We imagine Bruce's docuseries will be postponed criminal charges are filed…especially if Bruce ends up in prison.
What a sad situation all around.
