First of all, Kourtney Kardashian looks great no matter what size she is!
But the momma-of-three has been hard on herself for the 14 "stubborn pounds" she's still trying to lose!

We have a feeling it will be coming off in no time though! Yoga teacher Leila Johnson explained what Kourt has been doing to help get the pounds off! She said:
"Everything she eats is very fresh, handmade, less processed, less garbage… Kourtney is a Ghee goddess! She is obsessed with ghee. It's clarified butter…She cooks with it and you can eat it on an empty stomach… One of the tricks for losing weight is spending the first few weeks doing as little as possible, just hibernating at home for the first 6 weeks. [Kourtney] does that every time, her weight comes off so fast. She just does gentle walks and breast feeds… She's past the 6 weeks now and she is starting to get into an exercise routine. She's doing some cardio now–walking and running."
This is Kourt's third time shedding the baby weight, so we're sure she knows exactly what she needs to do to get the weight off!
Clearly it's worked twice before!
