Kate Hudson isn't afraid to flaunt her six-pack… and we ain't talking beer!
The incredibly fit 35-year-old is on the cover of Shape Magazine's March issue where she spills the beans on how she keeps that hot figure!

A lot of it is obviously avoiding spilling too many beans into your stomach, but if you think the Almost Famous star is into crash diets, think again!
In regards to strict nutrition plans, Kate states:
"I hate the idea. It puts so much pressure on people to lose weight quickly. Getting healthy is not a two-week process, it's a change of lifestyle."
We absolutely agree with the mother of two, and we love her practical approach to food!
However, how exactly do you get Miz Hudson's abs?
By alternating your fitness routine!
"I've been switching up from softer stuff, like Pilates and yoga, to more aggressive activities like TRX and boxing. I really enjoy sweating it out, and it helps clear my mind… It's not about trying to look good physically, it's important to get oxygen to my brain and feel like my blood is really circulating. I love skiing, walking, hiking and especially riding my bike. It makes me feel like a kid again."
