UPDATE: The Los Angeles Police Department has released a statement in response to a report from the Associated Press that Bruce is at fault for the car crash.
The LAPD explained:
"Whatever is being reported right now is not part of our investigation. We are still looking at the videos of the crash to determine what happened. We have not deemed who is at fault yet, the investigation is still very much open."
On Wednesday, an official connected to Bruce Jenner's February 7 car crash, which tragically killed 69-year-old Kim Howe, CONFIRMED that the Olympian rear-ended both cars involved in the accident.

Sigh, this is really bad news for Bruiser. If the 65-year-old is found at fault, he most likely will be charged with vehicular manslaughter, which means he could face up to six years in jail.
The official, who revealed the damaging info on the premise of anonymity, made the decision based on video footage from an MTA bus.
Essentially, cops strongly believe the reality star was driving too close behind the cars involved in the crash and he couldn't stop in time to avoid impact. Despite evidence to the contrary, Jenner contends he didn't do anything wrong.
We wonder if this devastating drama will be featured on season 10 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians which is currently in production.
