That's the only way to describe the new interrogation videos that were obtained from police who conducted a nine hour interview with the two teen girl suspects who allegedly stabbed their classmate as a tribute to the fictional character Slender Man.
The shocking footage shows the two girls - Morgan Geyser and Anissa Weier - who have now both turned 13 being interviewed separately as they reveal details about the night they stabbed the 12-year-old victim 19 times.
Both girls during the police questioning claim that they believed Slender Man would come after them if they didn't kill the victim. Morgan at one point says:
"I didn't want to do this. I was afraid of what would happen if I didn't… I didn't want to find out what would happen if we didn't."
The videos were allowed to be released by the judge presiding over the case in Waukesha County Court in Wisconsin and the footage is a bit hard to watch — especially since it was recorded only hours after the attack went down.

The victim has since made a brilliant recovery, but it's clear that the two girls who attacked her did not intend to let her live.
At one point the suspect Weier, who cried most of the interview, told one police detective:
"We told her we were going to get help. But we weren't. We were going to run and let her pass away. So we ran."
A judge is believed to decide around March 13th whether the two girls, who are charged with attempted intentional homicide, should have their case go down in juvenile court or if they should be tried as adults.
We're not sure what the answer to that question is, but it is clear that this video paints a very disturbing picture.
