Celebs have been helping Michelle Obama celebrate the 5th anniversary of her "Let's Move" program by capturing a workout move on video and challenging another celeb to do the same!

Even Beyoncé got in on all the fun!

The Flawless singer took the challenge one step further and instead of just doing five reps of one move, she did five reps of five different workout moves on her Instagram!
