Shia LaBeouf has come a long way since his troubling behavior in June of last year!
Remember when the actor started acting a fool at a Broadway performance of Cabaret and got arrested for basically being super drunk and causing a ruckus?!

Well, the 28-year-old appeared inside the Manhattan Criminal Courthouse on Friday afternoon for the case, and the judge gave him some good news!
Shia has showed progress since his arrest, has been going to outpatient rehab, and event went to AA meetings!

Apparently during his hearing, Shia withdrew his original plea for disorderly conduct and took an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal instead.
Judge Ann Scherzer reportedly told the Transformer actor:
"As long as you stay out of trouble for…six months from today, this case will be dismissed and sealed."
That's great news for Shia!
The assistant district attorney, Alyssa Russell confirmed to the judge that curly haired star has been staying out of trouble since his last appearance.
"I have confirmed there have been no new arrests."
To which Shia's attorney, Robert Gage, followed up with:
"Shia has done a terrific job and we appreciate the court's recognition of that."
Sounds like everything is coming up Shia!
