The Kardashians may be pushing for Rob Kardashian to get the help he needs, but the 28-year-old isn't budging.
According to a couple of sources close to the family, they've staged multiple interventions but none of them have worked.
A source close to the reality TV brood gave an insight into the youngest Kardashian's life at the moment, saying:
"He's sad, he's bitter, he's single. He is very depressed and has been [for a while]. It's really hard for him that his sisters are so public and he looks like a shut-in."
"The attitude has always been that when Rob gets his act together, starts working out and loses weight, everything will be good and he will be happy. But behind the weight gain is this very unhealthy mental state that he keeps struggling with."
The insider continued to talk about Rob's situation, saying no matter how many suggestions of rehab or interventions his family plans, he's not giving in.
"He is very against therapy and any kind of rehab. But his family will continue to push for him to get help until he does."
It's great that the sock designer's family is making it their mission to get him the help he needs, but sometimes people just need to come to that revelation on their own.
All they can really do is continue to be there for him until he asks for their help.
