Sam Smith is one skinny minnie!

As we reported last month, the Stay With Me crooner lost 14 pounds in 14 days with the help of nutritionist Amelia Freer's book Eat. Nourish. Glow.

And it looks like the singer has only made more progress with his weight loss goals!

On Friday, the 22-year-old posted the (above) pic on Instagram showing off his svelte figure!

He captioned it:

"Beautiful catch up with the incredible @ameliafreer xx 4 pounds away from my goal weight and feel happier and healthier than ever #eatnourishglow"

Four pounds away from his goal weight? What a huge accomplishment, Sammy!

However, did the pop star also seek advice from another globally-known diva?!

He did indeed, and it was none other than Queen B herself Beyoncé!

According to the British hunk:

"I did have a conversation with Beyonce about food, which was great."

No wonder Mr. Smith was able to shed those lbs.!
