Now this is getting out of hand!
As we recently reported, Sofia Vergara was slapped with a lawsuit from her ex-fiancé, Nick Loeb, to prevent the television star from destroying the embryos the former couple had frozen together.
However, The Modern Family star confirmed that she has no intention to destroy the embryos. Regardless of this statement, Loeb is still determined to gain custody of the little frozen Vegaras. What the what?!?

Early Monday morning Loeb took to his Lawyer's website to defended himself.
"I have always strongly believed that life begins at conception and that every embryo is life on the journey towards birth. I created these two female embryos with the purpose of taking them to term and not destruction, because I have always dreamed of being a father."
Very inneresting. The Onion Crunch CEO was vehement that he was not after Vergara's money or support.
"I have previously offered to waive any parental or financial responsibilities or obligations on the part of my ex, and to even give her the opportunity to be involved with the child in the future, should she change her mind. I take the responsibility and obligation of being a parent very seriously. Regardless of how life comes to be created, this should have no determination on the rights of either wanting to be or the requirements of having to be a parent."
We can't imagine the actress is actually considering this proposition. Vergara is happily engaged to Magic Mike hunk Joe Manganiello and hopes to conceive a child with him — not her ex.
This lawsuit certainly brings up a series of questions. Does Loeb have a right to these eggs without Vergara's involvement? Can't he find a donor somewhere else?
This lawsuit is turning into one intriguing soap opera!
