As a momma of two, this cause is certainly near and dear to her heart.
Kate Middleton may be taking some quiet time from the cameras and reporters, but for the Duchess, there's no vacation from advocating for her favorite charity events.
Princess Kate put all her feelings in a letter supporting Children's Hospice Week, which dedicates a full seven days to raising money and awareness for families with children who have life-limiting illnesses. The weeklong event works to make sure these parents have what they need to enjoy every minute with their children.

With Prince George, and now Princess Charlotte, its clear this hits close to home for the Duchess of Cambridge, who released her emotional letter with the help of the Together for Short Lives charity. She wrote:
"For families of children with life-limiting conditions, every moment is precious and every memory needs to be cherished and celebrated. Children's hospices strive to create happy moments in the most difficult times any family could face. I hope you will join me in supporting Children's Hospice Week and work to make every moment count for all of our families."
Kate expressed a similar sentiment in a statement last year for the 2014 event.
The week of fundraising started Monday, and will run through Sunday.
We LOVE that even in her busy routine taking care of two little ones, she still takes the time to look out for other children, as well.
