José Fernández's tragic passing has affected so many people.

Florence Welch opened up about her recent breakdown, and we're not talking about the one she acted out for her Ship to Wreck video.
The Florence + The Machine singer admitted she hit a low point last summer, when the break she was taking turned out to give her more free time than she wanted:
"I had kind of a breakdown and washed up a bit of a mess to the studio. I had just wore myself out… Without the structure of touring, you have to face your own chaos. I was playing gigs nonstop since I was 21. When I was left to my own devices, I realized I was f–king everything up."
"I was in and out of a relationship, in and out of drinking too much. It was like constantly picking yourself up and then dropping yourself, picking yourself up and dropping yourself. And that was exhausting."
But now the Dog Days Are Over for Florence, and she's doing much better! The songbird is dealing with her issues and insecurities by throwing them into her upcoming music.
Who gave her that great piece of advice? None other than our resident angel, Taylor Swift. Florence explains:
"Taylor said that you must sing about what's happening in your life. It's about being honest. This could've been a breakup record. But it was much more about trying to understand myself."
We're really glad that the 28-year-old was able to Shake It Out, and we're looking forward to when her third album drops in two weeks!
