The hot momma of two graced the cover of Women's Health magazine for their June issue and girlfriend is talking straight SEX.
When asked about how she keeps her rockin' body in shape, she responded with:
"I believe, as cheesy as it sounds, in exercise, laughing, having sex, being yourself."
She then went into deeper detail, so for those of you who want an AH-Mazing bikini bod like Gwynnie's take note — because this is how she does it:
"My routine is the same every weekday. I drop my kids at school. I do an hour of dance cardio, then I go to work. For lunch I usually have a big salad with grilled chicken, and then for dinner I'll have whatever I want. Most nights I eat with the kids, like, a stir-fry of chicken and broccoli or pasta or roast chicken and potatoes."
Sounds like just having a routine and a not-so-strict diet is how the actress does it!
Although she didn't really divulge information about her sex life in her daily routine, it's possible she does it every so often.
