The ex state trooper involved in the Duggar molestation scandal is speaking out — and what he has to say does NOT reflect well on the 19 Kids & Counting family.
According to Joseph Hutchens, who first interviewed Josh Duggar about molestation allegations in 2003, patriarch Jim Bob Duggar initially LIED about the number of his son's victims.

Hutchens, who is ironically serving a 60 year sentence for child pornography charges, claims that in 2003 Jim Bob brought Josh to him under the premise that his son inappropriately touched ONE victim and ONE time only.
Obviously, the reality star's admission directly contradicts the 2006 police report which revealed that Josh had touched five young girls, including some of his sisters, multiple times.
Joseph concedes that he experiences guilt over not pursuing the allegations further in light of the truth, saying:
"The victims should have been my first priority. I've lost lots of sleep. I am a Christian myself and I worry that if something else had happened after the meeting, I would have been responsible."
We can understand why Mr. Hutchens experiences remorse for his actions — such a serious matter shouldn't have been pushed aside. A "stern talking to" wasn't enough in this case!
A criminal defense attorney added that Jim Bob's concealment of Josh's misdeeds could be considered child endangerment if true.
Sheesh, this story gets more disturbing by the minute!!
