The drama just never ends.
Caitlyn Jenner had recently announced that the wrongful death lawsuit against her should be thrown out.
She felt that the stepkids of the victim, Kim Howe, were just looking for some quick cash when they claimed she he was "careless and negligent" during the accident that killed their stepmom.
Caitlyn said the two did not have a relationship with Kim, and therefore did not have the right to sue.

Now, William and Dana are responding to the reality star's request… and they are not happy! They have filed more legal papers to show they were actually financially dependent on their stepmother, but weren't exactly specific as to how much.
The case they're trying to make? They say whoever claims they hadn't talked to Kim in years was totally lying. The legal docs say:
"Not only did they have a very real relationship with Ms. Howe during the 40 years that she was their stepmother, but that they relied upon her, at least to some extent, for some of the necessities of life."
What do U think? Should the judge toss the suit? Or should Caitlyn fight it out in court?
