Abby Lee Miller is rocking a svelte new look!
On Wednesday, the Dance Moms star addressed the rumors that she had a lap-band procedure after dropping from a size 24 to a size 16. Whoa!
The famous coach revealed in a recent interview that no crazy dieting, exercise routine, or procedure lead to her significant weight loss.

Rather, it seems that the events surrounding her mother's hospitalization and the Lifetime celebrity's diabetes diagnosis were the major influencers.
"When you're in and out of the hospital, that hospital food just makes you sick. I think it was a little bit mental with me."
Hmm, very inneresting!
During this time, Miller was also filming in Australia and had a bad reaction to a refilled prescription given to her down under.
"I would take this medicine and within an hour, I was vomiting like I was in fourth grade and had the flu or like I had food poisoning. It was awful. After I would throw up, I couldn't even look at food for the rest of the day.
So that is how I lost the weight. There's no diet, there's no exercise, there's no this, there's no that."
Oh no! That doesn't sound very healthy.
After her mother's passing in February 2014, the famous dance coach also found herself in a Los Angeles studio with no air conditioning — which resulted in her losing her appetite.
"It was hot as hell, so nobody was eating a lot."
Miz Miller's weight loss methods are a bit unconventional — but she seems happy with her new figure.
Abby, we just want you to be happy and healthy!
"I'm not slim by any means. I have a long, long way to go."
