Caitlyn Jenner is already working to help the transgender community.
The reality star took a trip Tuesday to the Los Angeles LGBT Center's Youth Center, where she met with young transgender individuals to talk about their experiences.

Sources say the 65-year-old was really focused on the kids:
"It was a small group. They talked to Caitlyn about their experiences, what they were going through and how the Center is helping them."
This isn't the group's first celebrity visit, either. They also met Miley Cyrus back in January when she stopped by to talk about HIV/Aids prevention.
The insider says they were thrilled to see the former Olympian:
"They were really excited to meet her. Caitlyn was really friendly and even referenced Miley Cyrus' visit to the Center. She also brought some clothes for them."
Caitlyn shared stories for a little bit, before taking a tour of the center.
The program sees about 100 people walk through the doors everyday, with their ages ranging anywhere from 14 to 24 years old.
Sadly, most of the visitors are homeless — so the center provides food, shelter, and showers, as well as educational and employment programs.
The source says Caitlyn is definitely interested in visiting the facilities again in the future, and hopes to learn more about the program.
