Laverne Cox looks gorgeous, doesn't she?
The actress posed as Lady Liberty for the cover of the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly, embodying the icon that she truly is.

Inside the pages, though, the Orange Is the New Black star applauded Caitlyn Jenner's public reveal, all while remaining thankful that she was able to make her own transition behind closed doors, saying:
"This is why I'm so grateful that I had the luxury of transitioning in private. Because when you transition in the public eye, the transition becomes the story. I'm always disturbed when I see conversations about trans people that focus on surgery. But I believe Caitlyn will transcend this moment."
This isn't the first time Laverne expressed that she felt the former Olympian would be a huge help to the transgender community.
The 31-year-old also took to Tumblr last week to post a heartwarming essay praising Caitlyn.
But the bombshell was still able to talk a little bit about her own successes in the article, discussing the highly-anticipated third season of her Netflix hit:
"I don't like the term ‘binging' because it seems to suggest something that's excessive and out of control, I prefer the term ‘marathoning.' So this summer I'm so excited about the third season of Orange Is the New Black. So the day that it comes out I'll be watching it."
Binging, marathoning, whatever you call it, we'll definitely be tuning in to the newest installment!
And the season's release coincides perfectly with the star's EW cover, since the full issue hits newsstands on Friday!
