UPDATE JULY 14, 2015 6:16 PM EST: Nick was officially served the papers for the $10 million lawsuit.
A process server handed him a manilla envelope outside a Starbucks in Longwood, Florida. Witnesses say he sat down at a table and put the envelope on the chair across from him while he looked through his phone.

If these allegations are true, we hope Nick Gordon faces justice ASAP!
On Wednesday, Bobbi Kristina's estate officially filed a suit against Nick for domestic abuse and allegations of the theft. The details are more disturbing than we could ever imagine — we now understand why Bobby Brown wants NOTHING to do with Gordon!
In an official statement, BK's estate alleged:
"I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured. Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can do to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. I have worked closely with both of them and we all want the very best for Bobbi Kristina. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina. We pray that justice will be done for her and that it will be swift."
So, what did Bobbi allegedly "endure" at the hands of Nick? Gordon reportedly "punched her in the face, knocked out a front tooth, and drug her upstairs by her hair" and stole $11,000 dollars from her bank account AFTER she was in a coma. To make matters worse, the suit alleges that NG misrepresented himself as the 22-year-old's husband to control her inheritance.
The docs assert:
"Gordon often answered Brown's personal cell phone, would not allow her to make appointments without his approval, and manipulated her bank relationship so that he could access her money."
Apparently Bobbi intended to meet up with a friend on January 31 to reveal that Nick "was not the man she thought he was". The rest is history.
We're not surprised this suit came out on the same day that BK was moved to hospice care.
So, do YOU believe these allegations?
