The hits just keep coming!
On Wednesday, the accuser from the damning 2005 deposition, Andrea Constand, filed a new motion to her civil lawsuit against Bill Cosby.
The accuser feels that the TV legend and his legal team have regularly violated the confidentiality agreement from their 2006 settlement of Constand's sexual assault claims.
The motion stated:
"Cosby's behaviors have caused plaintiff unwanted and overwhelming media attention, which has detrimentally affected her."
The document continues to highlight that the actor and his representatives have publicly discredited other women who claimed sexual misconduct by the iconic comedian.
Apparently, the confidentiality agreement includes Miz Constand and 13 other Jane Does' accounts of sexual assault by the controversial celeb.
"Although the women were known as the 'Jane Does,' Cosby successfully petitioned the Court to permit their names to be made public."
The former Temple University employee is seeking to nullify the agreement as she feels she must again defend herself due to Cosby's actions.
In a dramatic twist, the alleged victim also seeks to unseal the entire 2005 deposition and settlement agreement.
The portion that was unsealed on Monday revealed that the 77-year-old admitted to purchasing Quaaludes with the intention of giving them young women he intended to have sex with. Gross!
We can only imagine what else that deposition has to reveal! Cosby's reps have yet to comment on this recent development.
