Teresa Giudice may be behind bars, but she's not finished fighting.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member was locked up in January for bankruptcy fraud, where she is serving a 15-month sentence.

But, the reality TV star is suing her former bankruptcy lawyer for malpractice, saying that the attorney is the whole reason she's in jail.
Attorney Carlos Cuevas, who filed the papers while Teresa is in prison, says:
"As alleged in the complaint — if he had taken appropriate action as her attorney, entrusted with her welfare, she would not be incarcerated."
He continued by saying that the lawyer's terrible guidance practically forced the 43-year-old to plead guilty, adding:
"The missteps were so bad she had to plead guilty to bankruptcy fraud. Emotionally it's a tremendous strain, because imagine going to bed at night and not being able to say to your children, 'I love you.'"
The momma of four, and her husband Joe, were both charged with bank fraud, mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud.
But her spouse won't serve his sentence until she's completed hers, so that their children will always be in the care of at least one of their parents.
