This legal battle is heating up.
Bill Cosby has been locked in a lawsuit with Judy Huth since last year, and now we're learning the lawyers will finally be able to move forward with depositions.

Judy filed a suit with LA Superior Court, claiming that the comedian sexually assaulted her when she was only 15 years old.
We already knew that the 78-year-old was set to be deposed in this case, but there was a dispute about scheduling the depositions.
The comedian's legal team wanted Judy to go first, but her attornery, Gloria Allred, demanded Bill should be the first one deposed.
On July 28, she went to court with an ex parte application that would require The Cosby Show star to have his interview before Judy's.
Now, we've learned that Judge Craig D. Karlan ruled in favor of Judy and her team. As of right now, Bill's deposition is scheduled for October 9 of this year, while the alleged victim will have hers on the 15th.
In the civil suit, Judy claimed that she and a friend met the actor in 1974 on a movie set. She alleges that the following week, he invited the girls to his tennis club, where he proceeded to make them drink alcohol.
She says he then brought them to the Playboy Mansion, where he instructed them to lie about their age and tell anyone who asked that they were 19 instead of 15.
The most disturbing claim is that she says the comedian kept trying to put his hand in her pants, and at one point even took her hand in his before "performing a sex act on himself without her consent."
Bill tried to fight the suit, but a judge refused to allow him to dismiss the case.
It will be very interesting to see how the interview goes, considering he admitted in a 2005 deposition that he purchased Quaaludes with the intent of using them for sexual purposes.
