He's not in prison yet, but Joe Giudice might be in some hot water after cops were called to his beach house late Saturday night over what police are calling "loud arguing."

Apparently, a neighbor of the Real Housewives of New Jersey star called the cops after an argument at Giudice's Stafford Township, New Jersey beach house got out of control.
Christopher Fritz, a police officer for the city, confirmed the call and stated:
"It was a keep [and] restore the peace call made over loud arguing. Once everyone was calmed down, we cleared … There was no cause for arrest."
The argument was apparently between two men — and even though some sources have insinuated that it was related to Giudice's oldest daughter, Gia, being locked out of the pad, that's apparently not the case.
A source said of the source of the dispute, that it was most certainly not about Giudice's 14-year-old-daughter:
"Joe is upset that someone said the cops were called because he was supposedly yelling at Gia – when she wasn't even there. She was never locked out of the house. The house was open."
But, apparently the dispute was still related to family problems, which, considering the Giudices' legal troubles, wouldn't be too hard to imagine.
