Apparently, the sandwich shop franchise agrees with our sentiments, taking to Facebook to clarify they in no way support J.F.
Jared Fogle’s actions are inexcusable and do not represent our brand’s values. We had already ended our relationship with Jared.

Jared's been linked to the popular restaurant chain since 2000 when he claimed the company helped him lose over 200 pounds. Since climbing to fame, the fallen spokesperson's said to have made millions off of being the company's pitchman.
Nonetheless, when the 37-year-old's home was raided back in July, his former sponsor severed all ties with him.
With his recent plea deal, it's reported that Jared has agreed to serve at least 5 years in prison as well as pay $1.4 million in restitution — which is $100,000 per victim. However, he could serve up to 12 1/2 years.
In addition to all the legal drama, we're not entirely shocked to learn that Mrs. Fogle has since decided to divorce her scandalized husband.
We aren't sure if there is a way for Jared to come back from such heinous, criminal behavior — and to be honest, we don't want him to.
Nonetheless, it seems as though Keeks' husband's recent hospitalization isn't off limits for the show. While Kanye West wasn't filmed amid his breakdown, it's said members of the Kardashian-Jenner brood have discussed his stint at the UCLA Medical Center in front of the cameras.
