Kelly Osbourne and Giuliana Rancic have been mired in a controversy for a little while now — but this weekend, Kelly turned up the heat with some comments she made at the 4th annual NYX FACE Awards in El Lay!

Osbourne, of course, left E!'s Fashion Police amid controversy surrounding Rancic after Giuliana made disparaging remarks about Zendaya on the show earlier this year, and now Osbourne has spoken some very direct words about her departure, the show, and Giuliana.
Talking to reporters late Saturday night, Osbourne said:
"I will never admit to liking Giuliana [Rancic] because I don't. I don't think she's a good person and I think she's a liar."
Whoa!! Can't fault the Brit for being direct, though.
Osbourne also wished the best for Melissa Rivers — who's the executive producer of the new revival of Fashion Police that will be airing soon — as well as Brad Goreski, a stylist who will be on the upcoming show alongside Rancic, saying:
"Brad is one of the most incredible people in fashion, he is funny as f**k. I am so happy for Melissa that she is filling that seat and I want that show to go on. It was just my time to move on."
Perhaps most telling, though, was Osbourne's assertion that there actually would be room on FP for her again — if only a specific condition were met:
"If certain people weren't there."
Hmmm… who might those certain people be?!?!
Obviously, Osbourne still has a sore spot over Rancic, ostensibly regarding the latter's comments about Zendaya — but to be fair to Giuliana, Kelly did recently trip herself up with her very own distasteful racial comments on air, too.
Either way, it seems like there's no love lost between these two — at least, not from Kelly's side.
What about U — are U #TeamKelly or #TeamGiuliana??
