This is the worst news ever!!!
We've been anticipating this season of Dancing with the Stars ever since Rumer Willis snatched the mirror ball trophy last year, but we just heard a terrible update regarding the cast.
It turns out that Peta Murgatroyd won't be one of the pros this season after all after injuring her ankle during practice.
The Season 14 winner broke the news to her ABC Reality TV show fans on Monday, saying:
"The past three days have been really tough to say the least… I learned that my ankle injury is at a stage that needs surgery immediately. I'm so sorry but I have to step out of Season 21 of DWTS. This is obviously one of the toughest decisions I've ever made and I seriously struggled with the idea of not being able to dance, but I know my health does come first, and the sooner I get this done, the sooner I can be back in the ballroom for all of you! Six-Eight weeks is nothing in the grand scheme of things and I hope to be back before the season ends, doing group numbers and of course cheering on Andy and my friends in audience.
Plus, this also confirmed that Peta's partner was supposed to be singer Andy Grammer, so now we don't know who he'll be teamed up with.

While Peta is confident she'll be back to dance as soon as possible, we're mostly bummed because Andy would have been her first competent dancing partner since winning with Donald Driver and placing fourth with James Maslow.
get well soon, Peta!
