On Tuesday night the country singer was chosen to honor Loretta Lynn at the ACM Honors in Nashville, and she got things started by doing a cover of Rated X!

Now if you're wondering why this song choice is so important, it's probably because it's ALL ABOUT DIVORCE!
That's right! Miranda took the stage in a pink Randi Rahm cocktail dress and sang all about how liberating divorce can be for a woman — and she did it all with a HUGE smile on her face!!
Before finally presenting Loretta with her award, Miranda said:
"She sang songs that were not necessarily appropriate to sing at times like this for me. So, I'm so thankful for women empowerment."
Obviously splitting up is never easy for anyone, but we're so glad to see Miranda isn't letting it keep her from hitting the stage and doing what she does best!
