We're really in Trump's America now.

Score one for the players!
That's because U.S. District Court Judge Richard Berman just ruled in Brady's favor in the 'deflategate' case!
Berman ruled that the NFL didn't follow its collective bargaining agreement with players when it handed down the 4 game suspension to Brady for his role in using underinflated footballs in their postseason game.
This means that Judge Berman has also nullified all four games the quarterback was initially suspended for — he'll be eligible to play in the season opener against the Pittsburgh Steelers on September 10!
When the charges were initially brought against the Pats player, Brady maintained he didn't do anything wrong. The NFL players' union had his back and took the suspension case to court.
Though it's been widely suggested that NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell will appeal this decision, Brady at least has a little breathing room, and can get back to what he does best!
