OK, so they're together, but not like together together...
But -- and there's always a but -- the pair

The hits keep coming for Rosie O'Donnell!
On Friday, a judge ruled that Chelsea O'Donnell is free to be with 25-year-old Steven Sheerer, the man Chelsea was found with after she had run away from home.
Steven is a convicted drug dealer and once he was found with O'Donnell, he was also charged with third-degree distribution of obscenity to a minor and endangering the welfare of a child based on the fact that the then missing girl was only 17-years-old.
Now that Chels just turned 18, a judge agreed that she's able to reunite with Sheerer because she's a consenting adult.
Furthermore, C.D. also revealed that she initially misrepresented herself as 19 on the dating app Tinder where the two first met. Steven has been adamant about not knowing O'Donnell's real age during the time she was missing, a claim which has been corroborated with evidence.
"She appealed to the judge to remove the no contact order due to the fact that she is an adult now. Her birthday has passed and she felt the subject would pose no harm to her. She wants to be able to have a continued relationship with Mr. Sheerer."
Sounds cut and dry to us!
The rep added:
"What happens next is the case goes to grand jury, and if they decide it is appropriate to bring charges, then he and his attorney will need to decide how they want to plead the case."
Hmm, we have a feeling this case might be thrown out considering the circumstances! We guess we'll have to see how this one plays out.
We can't imagine, however, that Rosie is happy with this development. Not to mention Chelsea has decided to live with her birth mom, an obvious sore spot for the talk show host.
So, do YOU think Chelsea should be allowed to see Steven?
