No, not Allied...

Cue the Law & Order theme song!
On Friday, it was reported that Chris Brown's baby momma drama has taken an inneresting turn.
Apparently, the Loyal singer is seeking for court assistance in shutting down Nia Guzman from commenting on his parenting skills in public. Whoa!
The feuding parents are due in court this morning to finalize a more formal custody arrangement over their daughter, Royalty — but it seems that getting Miz Guzman to stop talking in public is the controversial celeb's main priority. It's said that Brown's team has filed for an injunction which would prohibit the model from bashing him in the news and on social media as well.
We'd like to say we're shocked by this legal move, but the former flames have had some pretty serious beef in the past. In fact, both exes have accused the other of putting their adorable daughter in "dangerous" situations. Oh no!
Nonetheless, sources say that Nia thinks the "gag order" is simply a joke as she only comments on the beef when Rihanna's ex starts it up. Hmm, very inneresting.
This certainly won't be a quick and painless case for either parties — as Chris is seeking joint custody and Nia wants significantly more money in child support payments ($15,000/mo to be exact)!
An insider noted:
"It's gonna get nasty."
Oh we hope things don't get too messy… remember their is a child involved guys! Fingers crossed.
