On Monday, Taylor Swift's team addressed the craziness that is David Mueller and his lawsuit against the pop princess.
In case you forgot, Mueller is the former Denver radio host that's suing T.Swizzle because he claims that he lost his job after the Bad Blood singer's security team wrongfully accused him of touching her butt.
This drama dates back to June 2013 when Tay Tay performed at the Pepsi Center and briefly met David and his girlfriend Shannon Melcher.
As we previously reported, it's said that radio personality states he simply crashed a photo-op of his GF and the Grammy winner during a meet-and-greet. David then noted that he later ran into a co-worker who described the actions that he was eventually accused of doing. Unfortunately, the complainant said that Taylor's security detail verbally abused him and his lady love and they were thrown out of the venue.
Something still doesn't add up here!
Of course, the alleged case of mistaken identity resulted in David getting fired two days after the incident. Whomp, whomp.
Nonetheless, the Blank Space performer's rep has since danced around David's side of the story.
"The radio station was given evidence immediately after the incident. They made their independent decision."
That's fair. We mean Miz Swift isn't the person who fired him, she just reported that someone mishandled her. This seems more of an issue with 98.5 KYGO's HR department.
It'll be inneresting to see how this all plays out in the long run. Though we doubt this hiccup will disrupt the winning streak the superstar's been on lately.
Keep doing you girl. Just listen to your own advice and Shake It Off!
