While promoting The Hunger Games: Mocking Jay — Part 2, the blonde beauty — joined by co-stars Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth – told everyone how she really feels about the businessman running for office, saying:
"If Donald Trump becomes president, that will be the end of the world."
That's a pretty strong statement, but J.Law probably knows from experience, considering she plays the lead in a film franchise about a post-apocalyptic society that is crumbling under the command of a crazy president.
"I'll back you up on that."
And even Josh chimed in that he felt the whole thing was for show:
"It's a publicity stunt. It can't be real."
Jen also admits that it seems like reality TV has actually ascended into real life, saying:
"I genuinely believe that reality television has reached the ultimate place where now even things like this might just be for entertainment. It's either that or it's Hillary [Clinton]'s brilliant idea."
Regardless of the real reason behind Trump's prominent place in the Republican race, the 25-year-old sarcastically scoffs at the thought of the controversial candidate sitting in the Oval Office:
"I was watching him on the campaign trail and one guy said, ‘I love Donald Trump because he's saying everything I'm thinking and I just can't say it because of the PC factor.' And I'm thinking, ‘You are absolutely right. That's who I want representing my country, somebody politically incorrect. That will just be perfect.'"
Do you agree with Jennifer, Perezcious readers? Would President Trump be like having President Snow in office?
