Gwyneth Paltrow is without question the KWEEN of celebrity splits!
In case you forgot, the blonde beauty and her husband Chris Martin completely changed what it means to be divorced when they introduced the world to the phrase "conscious uncoupling."
Now, the lifestyle guru's site GOOP is promoting a book about the "science" behind the famous term while poking fun at themselves for revolutionizing the concept.

"We definitely broke the internet when GP (Paltrow) referenced this specific, gentler way to to break up back in 2014. Originally coined and taught by the brilliant marriage and family therapist Katherine Woodward Thomas, the concept Conscious Uncoupling had quietly inspired and influenced a community of counselors – until, of course, we accidentally blew it up."
LOLz! Well, they're NOT wrong.
"After the initial WTF?!?, there was a lot of interest in what it actually means, and as GP, her ex (Chris Martin), and their children have continued to stay very much a family in spite of the split, there has been a lot of interest in how to actually do it."
Earlier this summer, the Coldplay singer revealed that the pair still remain "very close." Which is pretty accurate since they're constantly spotted together. LOLz!
The site goes onto plug Woodward Thomas's Conscious Uncoupling: 5 Steps to Living Happily Ever After. We wonder if there is an actual formula to being friendly with your ex post-split??
We guess we'll just have to snag a copy. HA!
What do U think?! Does "conscious uncoupling" REALLY work?
