Abby Lee Miller is in hot water once again!
The Dance Moms star has been served a 20-count federal indictment for concealment of bankruptcy assets and false bankruptcy declarations — AKA hiding an estimated $755K she made from her TV appearances.

According to U.S. Attorney David J. Hickton of the Western District of Pennsylvania, the 50-year-old, who filed for bankruptcy in 2010, faces up to five years in prison and a whopping $5 million in fines.
As stated in the press release from the Department of Justice:
"Concealing assets from the Court and not paying taxes is a gross violation of civic duty and IRS Criminal Investigation will work diligently with our law enforcement partners to pursue those who do so."
Uh oh. Not looking too good for Miz Miller…
