It's been seven years since Erin Andrews' infamous 2008 Peeping Tom incident, and the Dancing With The Stars host is still seeking justice.
On Tuesday, the 37-year-old filed an amended complaint to her 2011 lawsuit asking for $75 million in damages, according to Nashville Circuit Court papers obtained by The Smoking Gun.

To catch you up, Michael Barrett was sentenced 30 months in prison after being found guilty of felony stalking for filming the unknowing FOX Sports reporter through the peephole of her Marriott hotel room — and uploading nude clips of her to the Interwebs.
Hockey player Jarret Stoll's girlfriend alleges that the hotel is guilty of invasion of privacy and negligence after disclosing the broadcaster's room number and complying with Barrett's request to stay in the room next to hers.
Um yeah, that's pretty shady if you ask us!
The former DWTS contestant's trial is set to begin in February of 2016 — over four years since she originally filed the suit. Prospective witnesses include former ESPN colleagues Chris Fowler, Craig James, and Jesse Palmer, along with 2010 dance partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
No one deserves to have their privacy violated in such a major way. We just hope that Miz Andrews can finally move on from such an unfortunate situation — right after justice is served, of course!
