If this is true, it is absolutely crazy!

It's pretty safe to say Robert Durst is DONE.
Not only is the Jinx star and multiple murder suspect being held on gun charges in New Orleans, but now he's facing a civil lawsuit from his missing wife's family.
Kathleen Durst, who went missing in 1982, was Robert's first and only wife. Its been long assumed that the business mogul murdered Kathy after she asked for a $250,000 divorce settlement, a theory which has been supported by the police and the aspiring pediatrician's family.
After R.D. famously said, "I killed them all, of course", in the HBO docu-series The Jinx, Kathleen's family became more motivated than ever to pursue legal action against the New York native.
Now the fam, spearheaded by Kathy's brother James McCormack, is filing a wrongful death lawsuit against Robert.
James recently became the administrator of K.D.'s estate now that his 101-year-old mother is too old to handle the legal responsibilities. McCormack's move to become the administrator is the first step in pursuing legal action against Durst.
Hopefully this maneuver will bring some sense of closure to Kathy's family.
We'll keep you updated as the case progresses.
