At least Bradley Cooper is acknowledging a problem and pledging to fix it!
The Silver Linings Playbook star spoke to reporters this week on the heels of Jennifer Lawrence's essay about the pay gap between men and women in Hollywood, and Cooper's comments suggest he may be an ally in fixing this problem!

Cooper spoke about Amy Adams, his co-star in American Hustle, and how embarrassing it was that she earned so much less than the male stars of the movie, despite all of her hard work:
"She worked everyday on that movie and got paid nothing. It's really horrible actually, it's almost embarrassing … She should have been paid more than everybody."
And then in an interesting turn of events, the American Sniper star suggested it might be time for him to start getting involved and more active in understanding what his female co-stars are going through before they even show up to set for filming:
"I don't know where it's changing otherwise but that's something that I could do. Usually you don't talk about the financial stuff, you have people. But you know what? It's time to start doing that."
What do U think — is this all lip service on a hot-button issue and it'll eventually fade away, or will Cooper and those like him take up the cause for equal pay in Hollywood??
