Kate Hudson was practically baring it all for the November issue of Allure magazine, which is pretty fitting since she was dishing on her fitness routine.
Or apparently, lack of!

The glowing 36-year-old revealed her secrets, spilling:
"People think you need two hours a day to do it, and that's bulls—t. If you work out 20 minutes a day in some way, you're going to see changes. Like, I've had days where I have the kids — Ryder's on his bike, and I put Bing in a stroller — and I will run and sprint up hills. I do things that people would think look completely insane."
Well, it's clearly working for her! Just look at her striking a pose in a see-through silk Marc Jacobs gown (above), which gives a clear view of her toned frame, abs and all.
Nick Jonas must feel so lucky! Wink, wink.
Though it wasn't just her enviable figure that she was flaunting in the mag, but the actress also mentioned she plans on writing her own book. She shared:
"Happiness is not something that just comes to you. It's an active process."
And that her book will be about "throwing perfection out the window. Not an advice book," with the theme being "about finding what works for you. And I'll share the things that have worked for me."
Well, it kind of sounds like an advice book, but we may have to read the final draft before we know for sure!
