What a way to spend a year!
As you may already know, Taylor Swift's 1989 dropped a year ago today — and the songstress has a TON to celebrate on her album-versary!
On top of all that, the album is celebrating an entire calendar year in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 — making her only the fifth artist to spend their first 52 weeks in the Top 10!
1989 debuted at No. 1 on the chart dated November 14, 2014 and kept the throne for 11 more nonconsecutive weeks! To date, it has sold 5.4 million copies!
Born in the U.S.A., Bruce Springsteen (1984) — 84 weeks
21, Adele (2011) — 78 weeks
Falling Into You, Celine Dion (1996) — 59 weeks
Rumours, Fleetwood Mac, (1977) — 52 weeks
