Taylor Swift isn't going to shake this off…
She's bringing in her lawyers!
As we reported, former radio host — David Mueller — is suing the Bad Blood songstress after he was fired by his job for allegedly groping the singer before her concert at the Pepsi Center in June 2013.

Well now, the 25-year-old is fighting back.
On Wednesday, Swift filed a countersuit claiming the DJ has admitted he assaulted her but blamed his boss, Eddie Haskell.
According to the pop star's counsel :
"Ms. Swift knows exactly who committed the assault – it was Mueller – and she is not confused in the slightest about whether her long-term business acquaintance, Mr. Haskell, was the culprit… Resolution of this Counterclaim will demonstrate that Mueller alone was the perpetrator of the humiliating and wrongful conduct targeted against Ms. Swift, and will serve as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts."
The performer furthers that Mueller:
"intentionally reached under her skirt, and groped with his hand an intimate part of her body in an inappropriate manner, against her will, and without her permission."
Swift is not only demanding a jury trial, she will donate any and all settlement money to "charitable organizations dedicated to protecting women from similar acts of sexual assault and personal disregard."
We just hope justice will be brought down on anyone who commits a crime.
