After she made sure her eyes weren't fooling her and witnessing the unidentified man filming girls who were underage, she did what we hope everyone would have the courage to do in that situation — she confronted him.
But the Boston woman didn't do it empty handed as she made sure to film the entire encounter (below) in which she notices the man is wearing a wedding ring!
Dillan first noticed the man when he filmed her as she walked by! That's when she decided to investigate:
"When he saw that I stopped short, he flipped around and tried to concealed the camera. I got into my vehicle and realigned side mirror. I watched for about 10 minutes. I could see him and the viewfinder on his camera….he was maybe about three feet away."
Jase was parked close enough that she could see specifics of what the man was doing! She remembers:
"I could see him zooming in on [women's] crotch areas. He had the camera positioned low. He was zooming in on crotches. When they walked by, he would nonchalantly turn and zoom in on their asses."
After she noticed him filming what she said were "very obviously" underage girls, she contacted a friend who's an officer with the Boston PD to give a statement and decided to take matter into her own hands and confront him to get his face on camera!
Not only that, but she uploaded the video to Facebook to get the word out!
just another day on Newbury St. please help me find and identify this creep. not only did he film my crotch and backside, along with the same of at least 8 other women that i personally witnessed in less than 10 minutes, but I decided to confront him after watching him do the same to 2 girls who could not have been more than 14 years old. DISGUSTING.

Jase explains why she put herself at risk:
"I'm sticking up for all of the girls who were videotaped that day, and other days, who don't even know they were taped."
