And now, more news about this divorce is coming to light from both camps.

This will be a VERY inneresting read!
Leah Remini is fresh off her interview special on ABC that aired on Friday night, and on Tuesday, her tell-all book Troublemaker: Surviving Hollywood And Scientology will be released.
But in the meantime, there have been some early leaks from the book — and they look scandalous and fascinating as Remini goes deep into what it's like within the church of Scientology!
One of the most noteworthy leaked stories was about Suri Cruise, the daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, and how on the eve of the couple's wedding, Suri was left alone on a bathroom floor to cry while the a party of wedding guests sat at dinner a room away.
Upon hearing the wails that never seemed to stop, Remini walked into the bathroom and found three women — including Cruise's sister, and his assistant, apparently — staring at the baby on the floor of the bathroom, doing nothing.
According to Remini in the book, the trio were fixated upon Suri as if she were a deity, unable to move in her presence. Only Remini was able to finally convince them to give Suri some milk to get her to stop crying.
Once at the wedding, Remini reveals how Cruise stood at the altar for more than 20 minutes before Holmes walked down the aisle, leaving guests to wonder whether the event was even going to happen!
And after the ceremony at the reception, Remini was horrified to find Scientologists like Norman Starkey (the man who performed the ceremony) "humping Brooke Shields on the dance floor," according to the book.
As Remini compared them to horny teenagers, these wedding guests were apparently very… unique.
Things got weird after the wedding, too, when Remini asked Cruise's children Bella and Connor — of course, from his relationship with Nicole Kidman — if they had seen their mother recently.
According to the book, Bella snapped back immediately:
"Not if I have a choice. Our mom is a f***ing SP."
According to the church, "SP" means a "suppressed person," and those non-church members are viewed as the enemy.
After all this, and when Remini complained that it seemed like Cruise was running the entire church, the King of Queens actress was summoned to appear in Clearwater, Florida at the church's headquarters to face accusations made by Holmes and other wedding guests!!
Holmes and others apparently stated that Remini ruined the wedding, according to the book, by making it all about her.
After months of interrogation — and a $300,000 bill sent to Remini asking her to pay for her own interrogation — the church forced Remini to launch an apology campaign to everyone who had been at the wedding!
The actress was forced to send gifts to all of the important wedding guests, and had to personally apologize for the supposedly "disgusting" way she had behaved at the ceremony.
The book, Troublemaker: Surviving Hollywood And Scientology, will come out Tuesday — and something tells us that based on these excerpts, this isn't the last we've heard from this controversy!
