Watch out, Disney World!
Twentieth Century Fox announced plans to build a theme park in Dubai with rides and attractions based on popular titles like Aliens, Planet of the Apes, Sons of Anarchy, and Titanic!
The studio just launched a licensing partnership with Al Ahli Holding Group which will result in building a theme park and resort that will be completely Fox-branded!
Using the studio's massive entertainment library for attractions, the park will cost an estimated $850 million to construct and develop — and is scheduled to open in 2018!

But this won't be the first Fox theme park! In 2013, the studio partnered with Resorts World Genting to construct a theme park in Malaysia which is set to open in 2017!
20th Century Fox World will offer different themed lands, restaurants, and stores — including rides based on Ice Age, Rio, Predator, Night at the Museum, and The Simpsons!
Ch-ch-check out the plans for how the completed park will look (below)!
While some critics doubt that Fox could build rides on tragic-ending films like Titanic, Jeffrey Godsick, president of Fox Consumer Products thinks it's the perfect choice! He said:
"We are working on creating an immersive experience that includes motion theater simulators and will allow you to experience what it was like to be on the Titanic in an exciting way."
We hope he just means the first half of the film! LOLz!
