Khloé Kardashian has been through a lot this past month.
In October, Lamar Odom was found unconscious at a legal Nevada brothel while having cocaine in his system. During the scary situation, the 36-year-old went into a coma and suffered from organ failure.
But while the 31-year-old was going through this tough time alongside her former flame, she revealed to E! News on Tuesday that boyfriend James Harden has been behind her every step of the way, saying:
"James has been great he's been really supportive, really understanding. But I've been honest."
The blonde beauty explained that the reason their relationship was able to last through Lamar's medical emergency is because they've been communicating very openly, adding:
"I think it's honest communication just really being honest and hearing [Harden's] feelings as well—what he's comfortable with and what he's not, and I have to respect that."
We can only imagine that they must have been talking quite a bit, especially when reports began circling that the reality star and her husband were getting back together for romantic reasons.
KoKo also admitted that even she was confused during the stressful situation, saying:
"I understand why it's confusing to other people because it's confusing to me, too, but I understand why the media wanted to make it this great love story like that would be wonderful but there are so many more layers that people are forgetting."
We're glad Khloé received such strong support from James during the complicated and trying time.
