Drama, drama, drama.
The star's dad claims the Porsche Carrera GT lacked safety features that could have saved Paul's life.
The executor of his son's estate included items from other lawsuits Porsche is currently facing — including side-door reinforcements, a stability control system, and a breakaway fuel line to help prevent flames following a collision — which could have lead to his survival if the vehicle was properly equipped.
Most recently, the car company claimed Mr. Walker was "a knowledgeable and sophisticated user of the 2005 Carrera GT," thus denying the lawsuit filed by Paul's daughter, Meadow Walker.
Meadow's attorney, Jeff Milam, slammed the statement and shared:
"If Porsche had designed the car to include proper safety features, Paul would have survived, he would be filming 'Fast and Furious 8,' and Meadow Walker would have the father she adored."
Porsche will undoubtably comment on this claim, so we'll wait for their response and bring you the latest.
