Tracy Morgan is back and taking the comedy world by storm.
The 47-year-old continues to make amazing strides since being critically injured in a tragic car accident that killed his friend and fellow passenger James McNair. Amazingly, the comedian is back in the swing of things on his sold-out national stand-up tour.
In a recent interview with People, the 30 Rock star opens up about his return to the stage:
"I feel like a complete artist again."

Especially with the holidays approaching, the Saturday Night Live alum looks forward to being with his wife Megan and their two-year-old daughter Maven — both of whom just starred alongside the funny man in his Footlocker commercial:
"After this last year that we just had, just being together is good. It's good."
As for how it feels to be back in action, Morgan shares:
"It feels good, because now it's complete. I just did my first comedy shows, and that's the foundation for my whole career, my stand-up. … They were great shows, we got great reviews, so now the confidence is really starting to emerge."
The NYC native says his successful return to SNL was a great way to be reintroduced to the biz:
"I'm never scared. It was exciting to me. Scared people can't wait for it to be over. I can't wait for it to start. That's always been me. I can't wait for the game to start. So when I did the Emmys and all these things, I couldn't wait to be in front of my community and let them know, 'Hey, I'm here. I'm all right.' I worried a lot of people. I wanted them to know I'm okay."
And he's not afraid of the future! The comedian intends to live day by day:
"I'm leaving all that stuff in God's hands. … We're not stressed out about it, we're gonna have a good time. That's good hands, people! So I'm leaving it in God's hands. Things are going to be all right. We're going to have a good time. We're not stressed out about it, we're going to have a good time doing it."
Good for him! Happy to have you back, Tracy!!!
