It looks like Chris Brown won't be heading down under after all.
Back in September, the Australian government laid groundwork to deny the Loyal singer entry into the country.
This Notice Of Intention to Consider Refusal was legislated due to Breezy's past criminal history — primarily based on his past felony conviction after he attacked former girlfriend Rihanna.
Now, the R&B star has officially been denied an entry visa to the Outback, and his December tour in Australia and New Zealand have effectively been cancelled!

Brown's Aussie One Hell of a Night tour promoter confirmed on Tuesday that the performer's shows in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane through December 9-16 are not taking place.
The promoter released the following statement:
"Mr. Brown and the promoters both remain positive that the tour will take place in the near future. Mr. Brown wishes to express his deepest gratitude to the fans for their support and looks forward to a successful tour in the near future."
Breezy was also set to be featured as a guest on Tuesday's The Daily Show with Trevor Noah, but Nick Cannon mysteriously appeared on the show instead.

The last minute change came days after reports surfaced claiming that the Comedy Central show's staffers were uncomfortable with Brown appearing on the show.
Neither Brown nor Comedy Central has commented yet about the cancellation.
