It looks like Charlie Sheen is in some hot water.
The 50-year-old is being sued by his ex Scottine Ross – AKA Brett Rossi — for all sorts of charges, and they sound pretty awful!
On Thursday, the porn star filed papers with the Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming that her former fiancé had bullied her into getting an abortion last year.
The blonde beauty alleges she got pregnant with the Two And A Half Men alum's baby back in March of 2014, but he supposedly convinced her to have the pregnancy terminated.
The 26-year-old says the scandalized star didn't want her "to give birth to a retarded child," because he was HIV-positive.
But that's not the only thing the filthy flick worker mentions in her complaint. She claims that when the two first became intimate in November 2013, Martin Sheen's son didn't tell her about his diagnosis.
One report says that she didn't find out until she stumbled across his medication. After she learned about his illness, Scottine allegedly agreed to continue to have unprotected sex with the actor.
However, the lawsuit also reveals that Charlie had been both verbally and physically abusive towards her.
Earlier this year, the Anger Management star's ex had agreed to settle on the suit, rather than take it to court. The thespian was to be payed $1 million on December 2, and was also promised "5% of his 100% back end participation points in the TV series Anger Management."
But after his highly-publicized Today show appearance, the troubled talent went back on his word, claiming Scottine had "breached the agreement," and refused to sign the papers.
So now, she's taking legal action. Her lawyer explained:
"The lawsuit filed by Ms. Ross speaks for itself. Mr. Sheen made it clear on The Today Show that he had no intention of honoring the agreement reached, and sure enough, he didn't. Ms. Ross looks forward to her day in court, and to taking Mr. Sheen's deposition."
Woah. What do U think about all this, Perezcious readers?
