This is so tragic.
Marque "Tate" Lynche, a former member of the All New Mickey Mouse Club, has died at the age of 34 years old.
According to the New York Police Department, Lynche's roommate found him in their apartment Sunday afternoon where he was pronounced dead later that day.
Currently, there is no cause of death, but it appears the circumstances surrounding his passing may be suspicious as a police source said:
"There was no note, no pills. We're waiting on the medical examiner."
Marque appeared on the Disney variety show from 1993 to 1995 along with Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, and Ryan Gosling.
The 34-year-old also appeared off-Broadway in The Lion King in 2000 as Simba, joined the cast of Fame on 42nd Street in 2004 and was a contestant on the third season of American Idol.
Lynche ended up taking a break from the TV and musical industries after his mother died. He later decided to set his sights on the recording industry by working with a record label to release an album.
Marque will be sorely missed and our hearts go out to those affected by this terrible event.
